Once inside the Gallery of the Slopes of the Acropolis, head to your right and keep your gaze downward. Embedded in the glass floor, you’ll see an illuminated tile displaying the remains of broken pottery, animal bones, and burned offerings. This is the first exhibit: the Engkainion, discovered in a 3rd-century B.C. residence.
